Delivery

We always aim to send your order on receipt. Orders placed before 12pm Monday-Friday will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after this time will be dispatched the next working day.

 

Shipping costs will be calculated depending on the size, weight and destination of your package. All shipping outside London is handled by carrier DHL.
Shipping within the UK/London express is £10.
Shipping in EU is £20.

 

London/UK prices shown are inclusive of VAT, for all other countries local taxes will be applied to the price shown upon delivery of the goods.

 

We endeavour to dispatch all orders within 2-3 days for UK deliveries, and within 7 days for International deliveries. However, external factors may cause delays. Millymoy will endeavor to deliver all goods within the time specified but accepts no liability for any late delivery.

 

Your order will be shipped once:
Payment has been approved.
The delivery/billing address has been verified.
In calculating when your order will arrive, start with the day in which the above prerequisites have been met and count only business days thereafter.
