Returns

Donata Hanson  offers only the highest quality products. In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your purchase or require an exchange, for your convenience, we provide an import express service through DHL. Simply send an email to returns@donatahanson.com indicating the reason for return of the items. You will receive a reply with the necessary steps for you to return your items.

Return the item in its original, unused condition (including all original plastic packaging and tags) within 15 days of receipt for a full refund, less shipping costs.

Please allow 7 working days for returns to be processed once they reach our warehouse and a further 3 days for any refund to appear in your account.
